Iraq: 41 Killed as Suicide Bomber Struck Army Recruit centre

A suicide bomber on Tuesday detonated his payload at a crowded Iraqi army recruitment centre in Baghdad killing 41 people and injuring over 100. The attack, which wounded at least 112 other people, occurred at around 7:30 am local time in the Baab al-Muatham neighbourhood of central Baghdad. YOG 2010: Pakistan to Face Ghana in Opening Match today

Pakistans boys hockey team will face Ghana in the opening match of the first Youth Olympic Games today at Seng Kang Hockey Stadium Singapore. Twelve hockey teams from around the world are participating in the event. Six boys and six girls teams will play 36 matches in total to find out who the first Youth Olympic Champions in hockey will be. To be eligible for the hockey tournament of the YOG 2010, athletes must have been born between January 1 1993 and December 31 1994.
