Shakira may face fine for her video in which she dances in public

Singer Shakira seems to have broken a number of laws while filming one of her videos in Spain. When she was filming one of her upcoming music videos in Spain, then she danced in a public fountain with the locals and also rode a motorcycle without wearing a helmet. Apparently wearing a helmet while driving a two-wheeler is mandatory in Spain and Shakira seems to have broken the laws. And to add to her woes her actions have also been caught on tape.

She might face a fine for engaging in dancing in a public fountain and for driving a motorcycle bereft of the safety of a helmet. The officials of the city spotted her video on YouTube and that pissed them off no end, when they saw that she was engaging in illegal activities.

Since both of these acts are against the law in Spain, so she is under investigation at the moment by the Barcelona authorities. They are determining if a case against the star would actually stand up in court or not. According to reports, the punishment for both the acts wouldn’t be too harsh and she would just be asked to cough up a fine.
