Shahid Afridi’s Pictures In World Cup 2011
Pakistan beat Kenya convincingly by 205 runs in its opening Group ‘A’ match of the ICC World Cup tournament here, as the beleaguered former champion put behind a string of controversies, and began its campaign to be taken seriously in the cricketing world for its on-field excellence.
Captain Shahid Afridi took five wickets as Pakistan completed a resounding 205-run World Cup Group A win over Kenya.
Afridi claimed 5-16 – the best figures in a World Cup by a Pakistan bowler – as his team dismissed their Group A opponents for 112 in Hambantota.
