Polling Underway For Punjab By Elections

Latest Update News:-Polling is underway for four national and provincial assemblies seats on Saturday.

The PPP and PML-N candidates are the main contenders for Jatoi, Burewala and Faisalabad seats while Jamshed Dasti, Nawabzada Iftikhar and Mustafa Khar are vying for the Muzaffargarh seat.

PPP’s Asghar Jatt and PML-N’s Shahid Mehdi Naseem and Nazeer Arain are contesting for NA-167 and PP-63 would watch competition between Rana Aftab of PPP and Mian Ajmal Asif of PML-N.

As many as 252 polling stations have been established in Muzaffargarh while a total of 288 polling stations had been established in NA-167 Vehari for 363,091 registered voters.

While 252 polling stations in NA-178 Vehari for 283,623 voters, 103 polling stations in PP-259 Vehari for 122,142 voters and 110 polling stations in PP-63 Faisalabad for 119,445 voters.The polling would continue till 5:00pm.
