MS Dhoni Disappointed on Practice Pitches

Indian team is scheduled to play against host Sri Lanka on Monday. India has lost their first match from New Zealand by 200 runs. Now they are preparing to come back in the tri series with a win but Indian Captain MS Dhoni showed his disappointment on the practice pitches.

Dhoni said that practice pitches provided for practice are not up to mark and they are not comfortable with it. Indian batsman Dinesh Karthik was hit on the hand due to extra bounce of the wicket. Thankfully he didn’t get injured and available to play on Monday. He was not happy on substandard practice pitches. Due to bad pitches Indian team unable to practice properly.

India’s team manager Ranjib Biswal said that captain Dhoni is not happy with pitches but didn’t launce and protest. He added that Indian team should be provided with even and consistent bounce pitches so they can complete their training secession.

Anuruddha Polonowita, Sri Lanka Cricket’s national curator said that Indian team was bowled out at 88 on the batting wicket and now they are complaining about practice wicket. He criticized and said that he can’t understand the demand of Indian team about wicket.
