It was a turbulent eight years ago Maurice Clarett led Ohio State bucks to a record for the championship and 14-0 BCS National. But now the former star running back to back in Ohio to continue his studies. According to a statement issued by the school, Clarett started classes Monday after the evacuees from the College of Education and Human Ecology. He said that college credit courses while serving 31 / 2 years in prison in Toledo after pleading guilty to aggravated robbery and carrying a concealed weapon in 2006.

“This is a surreal feeling to be back in the state of Ohio in such a supportive environment,” he said in a statement Clarett. “I look forward to returning to school, and I’m doing my best to fit in with other students, and I do not want to be a distraction or nuisance to the football team or to students on campus.”
