Michael went public with his concerns for 16-year-old Ali Lohan’s welfare after staging a police-led raid on his eldest daughter’s Hollywood home April 22, suggesting the ‘Mean Girls’ star was not responsible enough to play guardian to the student, reports aceshowbiz.com.
