Aguilera was booked for public intoxication while her boyfriend, 25-year-old Matthew Rutler, was arrested for driving under the influence. TMZ reports that police on the scene described Aguilera as “extremely intoxicated” and “unable to take care of herself”.

Police reports state Aguilera was booked as 5’2″ and 100 pounds. She was released from custody at the West Hollywood sheriff’s station at about 7:30 a.m.
