Ronaldo, who has earlier dated socialite Paris Hilton, is said to have enjoyed a romantic dinner with Kardashian during her a three-day visit to Madrid. “She and Ronaldo were kissing and very affectionate,” according to the sources.

“They looked to be getting on really well, laughing the whole time,” the source added. The reality TV star, who broke up with her NFL boyfriend Reggie Bush in March, is said to have visited the football player at his luxury home in the Spanish capital.
