Cheryl Burke Reveals That She Was A Victim Of Sexual Abuse:-She’s one of “Dancing with the Stars’” hottest ladies, but things weren’t always so easy for Cheryl Burke.The 26-year-old babe confessed that she has a history of being sexually abused when she was younger.

In her new book “Dancing Lessons,” Cheryl shares some painful memories as well as her role in putting her abuser behind bars.

“I’m telling my story,” she said in the tome. “They’re not secrets. There’s no shame.”

Burke was abused by someone she knew well — a retired community mailman who used to pick her up from school — beginning at the age of 5.

“I felt guilty for wanting his love and affection,” she explained.

Burke eventually testified against the man, who was also accused of molesting other children.

She described her testimony as “the hardest thing I’ve ever done … I saw his face and lawyers were asking me these questions and I was like, ‘What am I doing? Did he even do anything wrong?’”
