Ashlee Simpson Files for Divorce!

Ashlee Simpson has reportedly filed for divorce from her husband of two and a half years, Pete Wentz.

The 26-year-old married former bassist in Fall Out Boy in May 2008 and have two year old son Mowgli Bronx together.

The documents filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court Tuesday, the blonde “irreconcilable differences” and reports the Daily Mail.

Simpson seeks joint custody and primary physical custody of their toddler and said Wentz granted visitation rights, according to TMZ.

She is also asking for spousal and child support. The couple reportedly did not sign a marriage agreement.
