Anna Nicole Smith: ,A jury convicted Howard K. Stern, boyfriend of the late actress Anna Nicole Smith, and Khristine Eroshevich, Smith’s psychiatrist, of conspiracy on Thursday, surrounding her 2007 death, the Associated Press reports.

Stern was convicted of providing false names and obtaining prescriptions by fraud, while Eroshevich was convicted of unlawfully prescribing Vicodin by fraud. Dr. Sandeep Kapoor, who prescribed Smith the drugs prior to her prescription overdose, was acquitted of all charges. Stern and Eroshevich were not charged in Smith’s death, which was ruled accidental.
